CRO selects Clinical Force CTMS to increase quality and meet cost expectations

A Clinical and Special Services business unit, of a leading consulting and research organization, selects Clinical Force CTMS. Having successfully completed two phase II studies for a Virtual Sponsor, they are preparing for the follow on phase III studies.

This growing business unit uses contract CRAs and realized that to meet sponsor quality and cost expectations, they would need a CTMS system that provides for a consistent business process and tools to efficiently conduct the new phase III studies.

During the CTMS evaluation process, particular attention was placed on the Visit Report process, Site Payment process, and tracking expiration dates of Regulated Documents. It is expected that CRAs will save a minimum of 10 - 20 hours per month and significantly reduce the cost of contract CRAs used on the studies. The final consideration for selecting CTMS was the ability to install the system in a very short time frame to meet a start date in 8 weeks.
