A medical school research organization running Chronic Myeloid Leukemia studies has signed up to use Clinical Force. The first study will be recruiting 800 subjects over the next 3 to 4 years from 120 sites.
The organization selected Clinical Force because of the robust CTMS functionality, the software as a service pricing/delivery and compatibility with Apple Macs. The Clinical Force subscription model means that the customer can get started with minimal upfront cost and gain a return on investment (ROI) within months. Clinical Force are able to deploy the system within a week enabling the customer to start configuring the system ready for a go live shortly after.
The CTMS will include core functionality as well as predicted recruitment, ethics, SAE’s, monitoring reports including the offline client. The initial study will serve as the proof of concept for the CTMS in the medical school, to verify the efficiency gains and cost savings.
Visit reports with the offline module will enable the team to efficiently monitor all of the sites throughout Europe. Reducing the time taken to prepare, author and follow up the monitoring visits by up to 65%.
