The organization will use Clinical Force on two studies in the coming months. The first study will be a pilot to prepare the organization for the use of CTMS on the second, larger study which will have 1000 subjects.
Monitoring will be outsourced to CROs who will integrate their CTMS applications into Clinical Force. Where a CRO does not have a commercial CTMS then they will use Clinical Force to ensure efficient and accurate management of sites in particular Monitoring and Monitoring reports. Study tracking, Regulatory document management, budgets and Payments will be managed by the Sponsor, though the large cost savings will come from managing the Investigator Payment process. It is expected that the solution will be paid for entirely by the cost savings of not outsourcing payments on the Phase III study.
